Atty. RUWEE O. TUPUE was born on February 25, 1992, in Taguig City. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Cantanduanes State University (CSU) in 2015, followed by 18 units of Professional Education (Major in Social Sciences) at Catanduanes College (CC) in 2016. His commitment to academic excellence was further evidenced by his successful passing of the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) in the same year. During his academic journey, Atty. TUPUE demonstrated a profound commitment to personal growth, evident in his avid exploration of personal development literature. His involvement in the school organization was marked by active participation in various English debates and public speaking engagements, leading to his recognition as the Regional Debate Team Champion (Bicol Region) under the auspices of the Bicol Regional Political Student’s Parliament in 2015. His enduring passion for Philippine politics, philosophy, and history has been a driving force throughout his life, fueling his aspiration to contribute significantly to the efficient administration of justice. Determined to expand his knowledge and contribute meaningfully to the legal landscape, Atty. Tupue pursued and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence at the University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi in 2021. He passed the 2022 Philippine Bar examinations and was subsequently admitted to the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) on May 2, 2023. Atty. Tupue's pursuit of legal studies in his native Bicol region, away from his family, was a testament to his dedication and resilience. He persisted until he achieved his goal of becoming a licensed lawyer with the help of his aunt, who kindly funded his college education and doctorate. He is the seventh of ten children born to Nancy Obogne Vega and Ruben Boribor Tupue, a nursery teacher and a mechanical engineer, respectively.
