CEBU 5th District Rep. Vincent Frasco has put up a P500,000 cash reward for anyone who can provide credible information on irregularities in infrastructure projects in Cebu’s fifth district. Frasco announced on Friday that he is personally offering the reward to those who can expose anomalies in projects of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
